KCT Trading is a company which is managed by professionally qualified directors and employees. The Company’s management team is comprised of a company secretary, divisional heads for each of its four main offices and its qualified chartered accountants.

Vice Chairperson and Managing Director, Mrs. Priya Saran Chaudhri, has over 20 years of experience in the paper industry and has been executing the day-to-day activities of the Company since its inception. She is a double major in Economics and Art History from Brandeis University, Boston, USA. She started her career in the paper industry in 1991, when she joined Ballarpur Industries in its Finance department. She then went on to head up the Printing Business Division of KCT & Bros. (C.S) Ltd. in 1994 and later she headed up the Paper Trading Division of KCT & Bros. (C.S) Ltd. (the Company) in 2004.

Ms. Mamta Kejriwal is a Fellow member of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and Associate member of ICWAI (The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India) and ICSI (The Institute of Company Secretaries of India). She has an experience of around two decades in the fields of Banking and Finance, Accounting, Corporate Law and Taxation. Presently she is a Director and also the Company Secretary of KCT Trading Pvt. Ltd.

She graduated in Commerce in 1991 (college topper) and maintained an outstanding academic record throughout. She passed the ICWAi final examination in the Dec 1993 term and secured all India 8th rank. She qualified Chartered Accountancy final examination in the May 1994 term and the Company Secretaryship examination in the year 1998. She also secured all India 49th rank in her CA Intermediate examination.

She began her career with Vikram (India) Ltd., a company engaged in the business of manufacturing of Tea Machineries for Tea gardens. For a short period, she also worked as Deputy Director with The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and joined KCT in 2007. Ms. Kejriwal has also qualified the post qualification courses - DISA (Diploma in Information and Systems Audit), DIRM (Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting standards) conducted by ICAI.

Mr Atsushi Takahashi has over two decades of professional experience. After graduating from Niigata University, Niigata, Japan, he started his career with Tomen Corporation in 1989. He joined Japan Pulp and Paper Company Limited in 2003. He was Director and Manager of Sales, Shanghai before becoming the Senior Executive Director, Sales and Marketing for KCT Trading Pvt. Ltd. following the joint venture of KCT with Japan Pulp and Paper Company Limited.

Mr. Mitsutoshi Imamura after graduating Meiji University in 1986 started his carrier in Japan Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. After working in Nagoya branch for 4 years, he stayed in the U.S. for half a year as a trainee. Since 1992, he worked for overseas subsidiary in Germany and Hong Kong for 10 years as financial controller. At present, he is Deputy General Manager of Strategic Planning Division.

Mr. Hirofumi Oya was Born in Tokyo in 1959 ,has over 32 years of experience in Japan Pulp & Paper Co. Ltd and Overseas. Mr Oya completed his Graduation from Doshisha University, Kyoto in 1983 with Major in Economics. Soon after graduation, he joined Japan Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd Tokyo in 1983 and has experience working for the overseas branches in USA and Australia for 8 years. Having immense experience in sales and promotion, he joined KCT Trading Pvt Ltd as the Executive Director in 2015.
